What Is Thai Botanical Tea?
Thai botanical tea is an infusion made from dried botanicals rather than tea leaves, so most blends contain no caffeine. Roots such as Thai black ginger, spices like cardamom, cinnamon and star anise, and flowers such as butterfly pea and chrysanthemum are blended, steeped in hot water, and served warm or over ice.

How to Brew Thai Botanical Tea
Open
Tear open one golden tea bag; one bag makes one cup. For our loose-leaf teas, follow the pack.
Pour and stir
Pour the powder into about 200 ml of hot water and stir. Leave it 2 to 5 minutes, then stir again.
Serve
Drink it warm, or let it cool and pour it over ice.

Does Thai botanical tea contain caffeine?
Our botanical blends, including the 15 Botanical Blend, contain no tea leaves and are caffeine-free. Products brewed from Camellia sinensis, such as jasmine green tea and classic Thai tea mix, do contain caffeine. The listing for each product states which group it belongs to.
What is butterfly pea flower tea?
Butterfly pea flower tea is a caffeine-free infusion brewed from whole dried butterfly pea flowers. The cup is a vivid blue that shifts towards purple when citrus is added, and it can be served hot or iced. You will find it in our Flower Tea range.
How do I brew Thai botanical tea bags?
