2. Review Your Cart
Before proceeding to checkout, review your cart to confirm:

3. Proceed to Checkout
Click Proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and contact details. All required fields must be completed before payment.
4. Choose Your Payment Method
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on your location, device, and order details.
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. A debit card works far better than a credit card — many banks decline credit cards for this type of payment. 5. Secure Payment
You will be redirected to our payment partner’s secure page to complete payment. It takes about five minutes and asks for a few more details than most shops — your phone number and a texted code, plus your name, date of birth and billing address. The total you approve there includes the payment company’s handling fee, and their name — not ArtisanThai — is what appears on your bank statement. ArtisanThai.com never sees or stores your card details. If anything goes wrong, stop and email service@artisanthai.com with ORDER in the subject — you will not be charged twice.
6. Confirm Your Order
Once payment is completed successfully:
- You will be redirected back to ArtisanThai.com with an Order Confirmation page
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
- Your order number will be be provided for your records
7. Delivery & Shipping
Order processing and delivery times are shown on the website and may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

8. Returns & Refunds
