Welcome to ArtisanThai.com. This page explains how to place an order and complete your purchase securely using the payment methods available at checkout. Please read the steps below carefully before checking out.
1. Browse & Select Products
Browse our shop and view product details, including ingredients, size, and other relevant information, on each product page. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Review Your Cart
Before proceeding to checkout, review your cart to confirm:
- Product names, quantities, and variants are correct
- Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the site
- Any applicable discount codes have been applied
3. Proceed to Checkout
Click Proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and contact details. All required fields must be completed before payment.
4. Choose Your Payment Method
We accept Visa and Mastercard, debit or credit. Payment is completed on our payment partner’s secure page, which takes about five minutes. Have these ready:
- Your Visa or Mastercard. A debit card goes through most reliably; some banks decline credit cards for international payments, so if a credit card is refused, try a debit card.
- A phone that can receive a text message — the payment partner sends a short confirmation code by text.
- Your billing address and date of birth, which the payment partner asks for to verify the cardholder.

5. Secure Payment
You will be redirected to the payment partner’s secure page. The total shown there is the final amount you pay and includes the payment partner’s handling fee. The payment partner’s name, not ArtisanThai, is what appears on your bank statement. ArtisanThai.com never sees or stores your card details.
If anything goes wrong during payment, stop and email contact@artisanthai.com with ORDER in the subject line. We will check the order for you, and you will not be charged twice.
6. Confirm Your Order
Once payment is completed successfully:
- You will be redirected back to ArtisanThai.com with an Order Confirmation page
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout
- Your order number will be provided for your records
7. Delivery & Shipping
Order processing and delivery times are shown on the website and may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

8. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds, where approved, are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
