Description
Our new recipe takes the Thai 15-botanical tradition somewhere spicier. Jewel Vine still leads at 65%, but star anise, clove and cinnamon bring warmth, sappan wood turns the cup a deep red-brown, and Siam cardamom adds a cool, menthol-like lift on the nose. There is no tea leaf or coffee in the blend, so it is caffeine-free.

How to brew
Put one teabag in a cup, pour over about 200 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Lift the bag out and drink it as it is, or let it cool and pour it over ice. If the directions on your pack differ, follow the pack.
