1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates

• We ship internationally to the countries listed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking between 3–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that transit times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, and destination-country processing.

3. Shipping Costs & Refunds

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your order within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the basic outbound shipping costs in addition to the product purchase price. If you choose an expedited or non-standard shipping method, only the cost of standard outbound delivery will be refunded.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for change of mind or cancellation. If an item is returned because it is faulty (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Our company, THAITEAS LTD, is registered in the UK but is not VAT-registered. No VAT is charged by us on your purchase.
• For international shipments, you (the customer) are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, or inspection charges levied by the destination country's customs authorities.
