All products offered on ArtisanThai.com are botanical herbal teas (food and beverage items for traditional infusion and culinary enjoyment).

  • They are not dietary supplements or medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.
  • Product packaging, specifications, and prices may change from time to time. We attempt to display product details as accurately as possible, but variations in natural ingredients may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the site are in USD. We are not VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged or implied on orders.
  • Payment processing is handled securely by our hosted redirect payment provider (Mollie). We do not store or collect your payment card details.

5. Order Cancellation & Statutory Returns

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
  • Exceptions: Opened or unsealed tea packages cannot be returned for food safety, hygiene, and health protection reasons.
  • Faulty Goods: If any products are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to the remedies set out under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy.
