Description

Khao Shong coffee comes roasted and ground, in 200 g packs and three blends. Robusta Espresso is bold, dark and bittersweet with a thick body. Arabica Espresso is smoother, with a softer edge and a sweeter finish. Special Blend is the one preselected here, a good place to start. All three are ground for Thai iced coffee, a moka pot or an espresso machine.

How to make it

For Thai iced coffee, brew it strong: about 3 tablespoons for each cup (240 ml) of just-boiled water, through a cloth filter, a drip brewer or a moka pot. Sweeten while hot, pour over a tall glass of ice, and add sweetened condensed or evaporated milk. For an espresso-style cup, use the Espresso blends in a moka pot or an espresso machine.
