Description

DoiTung coffee is Thai Arabica from Chiang Rai, roasted in four styles. Iced Coffee is the dark roast, made to stand up to ice and milk. Classic is the middle choice, a balanced, rounded cup. Light is the gentlest roast, brighter and lighter in body. Espresso is roasted for espresso machines and moka pots, and comes ground only.

Ingredients

100% Arabica coffee

Contains caffeine. Our guide to Thai iced tea caffeine versus coffee has the figures.

How to make it

For drip or pour-over, start with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for each 6 oz (180 ml) of water just off the boil. If you chose whole bean, grind it just before brewing: medium for drip and pour-over, fine for a moka pot or an espresso machine. For Thai-style iced coffee, brew the Iced Coffee roast strong, sweeten it while hot, pour it over ice and add sweetened condensed milk. Thai Iced Tea vs Thai Iced Coffee explains how the two drinks are served.
