Akha Ama coffee is specialty coffee grown by an Akha hill community in Chiang Rai. This is the WANWAN medium roast: a rounded cup with gentle acidity and a sweet, chocolate-like finish, balanced enough to drink black or with milk. Choose whole bean or ground in the menu above.

How to make it
Whole bean needs grinding just before brewing: medium for pour-over or drip, finer for a moka pot. For a pour-over, use about 2 tablespoons of coffee to 6 oz (180 ml) of water that has rested a moment after boiling, and let it drip for 3 to 4 minutes.
