Eligibility, Orders and Payment

ArtisanThai does not store, process, or transmit your full card details on our own servers. UK Consumer Rights and Distance Selling

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Subject to the exceptions below, UK consumers generally have a right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (the “cooling-off period”) and to receive a full refund. This right does not apply to:

Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as food and tea products that have been opened or used).

Goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specification.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact page. Returned goods must be in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food and tea products, opened or used items generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are confirmed to be defective. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 14 days of approving the return or refund request.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving any payment issues directly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction without the need for a formal dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and to provide our payment processors and card networks with full transaction evidence in response.
