Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (even if marked as “free”) will be deducted from the refund based on the actual amount shown on the lading bill.

Additionally, Thai import fees amounting to 17% of the order’s total value will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

For a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition with an international tracking number. Items that are missing or incomplete will not qualify for a refund.

Wholesale Orders of Tapee Tea — For large orders of 10 packs (250 Teabags) of Tapee Tea or more, we consider these wholesale purchases and do not accept returns or refunds. New customers are strongly encouraged to place a smaller quantity order first before purchasing in bulk.

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 30 days. While we typically issue refunds to the original method of payment, we may request to process the refund through an alternative method.

Shipping Issues and Refunds:

  • Refunds can only be considered if the shipping carrier confirms the parcel is stuck or lost in transit, with tracking showing no updates for a minimum of 30 days (based on the latest update’s date).
  • Delays in delivery are not covered by our refund policy. This includes delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Processing and delivery times are estimates based on the majority of orders and do not constitute a binding commitment from our side.

We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.

Import Taxes and Responsibilities
Please note that shipments may, in some rare cases, be subject to import taxes or customs fees in the recipient’s country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility to settle. Failure to pay these taxes may result in the shipment being held or abandoned by customs. ArtisanThai will not be held responsible if a customer refuses to settle these fees, and refunds will not be issued for abandoned orders.
