If you are ordering from outside Thailand, this guide answers the practical questions: what shipping costs, how long it takes, how to track your parcel and how your tea is packed for the journey. Every order ships from Thailand with full tracking to the countries listed at checkout – more than 50 of them, including the United States, the United Kingdom and most of Europe.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We believe good Thai botanical tea should be easy to order wherever you live, so we keep shipping simple and transparent. Every order ships from Thailand with full tracking, and the exact shipping cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. Standard Tracked Shipping

Orders of US$45 or more ship free (conditions apply by destination). The threshold is measured on your order value before any discount code, so a coupon never removes free shipping. Orders under US$45 ship for US$19.90, the two smallest packs of our 15 Botanical Blend carry their own shipping charge, and the minimum order is US$25.

We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment, and delivery normally takes 6–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance. We email your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

Where We Ship

We ship to more than 50 countries, and the list at checkout is always the current answer. Australia and New Zealand are paused for now while we work on a route that meets their strict biosecurity rules for botanical products. Nothing is added at checkout for VAT, sales tax, duties or customs; depending on your country, your government may charge import duty or tax on delivery. Our shipping policy has the full details.

Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door; if a parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email contact@artisanthai.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days – see our refund policy.

Our teas begin with Thai botanicals and are blended and packed in Thailand, then shipped straight to you – there is no overseas warehouse in between. Because blending, packing and dispatch all happen in Thailand, every order leaves from the same place with its own tracking number.

Packed for the Journey

We pack every order carefully so that it arrives in good condition, however far it has to travel. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after a parcel leaves Thailand; that is normal, and updates usually appear once the carrier scans it on its way.
