Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. If free shipping is shown, it refers to free outbound standard shipping. Return and refund rules may differ except where law requires otherwise (for example, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from discretionary return refunds where permitted by law, except where a full refund is required by law).

Estimated delivery

International delivery normally takes 3–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or destination-country processing.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, inspection fees, and other local charges required by the destination country.

Shipping delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate and give you the option to wait or cancel before shipment for a refund.

Incorrect addresses and refused delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders refused, abandoned, or returned because of incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs/import charges may not be eligible for a full refund except where required by applicable law.
