This guide explains how our international tea shipping works: where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes and how you can follow your parcel. Every order ships from Thailand with full tracking to the countries listed at checkout – more than 50 of them, including the United States, the United Kingdom and most of Europe.

Our International Shipping Options

We ship every order from Thailand with full tracking, to the countries listed at checkout. That list is always the up-to-date answer to “do you ship to me?” – it covers more than 50 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and most of Europe. Australia and New Zealand are paused for now while we work on a route that meets their strict biosecurity rules for botanical products.

Standard Tracked Shipping

Orders of US$45 or more ship free (conditions apply by destination). The threshold is measured on your order value before any discount code, so using a coupon never removes free shipping. Orders under US$45 ship for US$19.90, and the two smallest packs of our 15 Botanical Blend carry their own shipping charge. The minimum order is US$25, and checkout always shows the exact shipping cost for your address before you pay.

We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment, and delivery normally takes 6–14 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance, carrier delays and public holidays can affect transit times, so these are estimates rather than guarantees. As soon as your order leaves us, we email you the tracking number, and you can follow your parcel at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Nothing is added at checkout for VAT, sales tax, duties or customs: the product price plus the shipping shown is the full amount we take. Parcels to the United States are cleared through US customs before they enter the domestic delivery network, so US customers are not normally asked to pay anything on delivery. In other countries, import duty or tax may apply depending on where you live; any such charge is set by your government. Our shipping policy has the full details.

From Thailand to Your Cup

Our teas begin with Thai botanicals and are blended and packed in Thailand, then shipped straight to you – there is no overseas warehouse in between. We pack every order carefully so that it arrives in good condition, however far it has to travel.

Because each parcel leaves Thailand with its own tracking number, you can see where your tea is at every stage. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after a parcel leaves Thailand; that is normal, and the updates usually appear once the carrier scans it on its way.
