How to Brew Thai Herbal Tea
Measure
One tea bag per 250 to 300 ml of hot water. For loose blends, follow the pack.
Steep
Pour water at 90 to 95°C and wait 5 to 10 minutes, depending on strength.
Serve
Press the bag gently, then drink it warm or let it cool and pour over ice.

What is Thai herbal tea?

Does Thai herbal tea contain caffeine?
Our herbal blends, including the 15 Botanical Blend, contain no tea leaves and are caffeine-free. Products brewed from Camellia sinensis, such as jasmine green tea and classic Thai tea mix, do contain caffeine. The listing for each product states which group it belongs to.
What is butterfly pea flower tea?
Butterfly pea flower tea is a caffeine-free infusion brewed from whole dried butterfly pea flowers. The cup is a vivid blue that shifts towards purple when citrus is added, and it can be served hot or iced. You will find it in our Flower Tea range.
How do I brew Thai herbal tea bags?
Add one tea bag to 250 to 300 ml of water at 90 to 95°C and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. Press the bag gently before removing, then drink it warm or let it cool. Loose blends vary, so follow the directions on the pack.
Do you ship internationally?
How should I store loose leaf and bagged tea?
Keep tea in an airtight container away from heat, light and moisture. Stored this way, dried botanicals usually hold their aroma for 6 to 12 months. Avoid the fridge, where condensation can dull the flavour.
