2. Review Your Cart

Before proceeding to checkout, review your cart to confirm:

  • Product names, quantities, and variants are correct
  • Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) or your selected currency
  • Any applicable discount codes have been applied

3. Proceed to Checkout

Click Proceed to Checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and contact details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

We offer two secure payment gateways depending on your location and preferred method:

Pay Solutions (Payso) — Thai Payment Gateway

Ideal for customers in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Accepted methods include:

  • Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard (PCI DSS compliant, processed securely via Pay Solutions)
  • PromptPay — Instant QR code payment for Thai bank accounts
  • Mobile Banking — Supported Thai banks via Pay Solutions network
  • Thai E-Wallets — Including TrueMoney Wallet and other supported wallets

All Pay Solutions payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB). If your card is issued in a foreign currency, your bank or card issuer will apply the applicable exchange rate. Pay Solutions is authorised to convert foreign currency orders to THB at the exchange rate in effect on the date of your transaction.

Mollie — International Payment Gateway

Ideal for international customers in Europe and worldwide. Mollie is a licensed European payment service provider (PSP) regulated under Dutch law and PSD2. Accepted methods include:

  • Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • iDEAL — For customers with Dutch bank accounts
  • Bancontact — For Belgian customers
  • SEPA Bank Transfer — Euro-denominated bank transfers
  • PayPal — Available via Mollie checkout
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay — Supported on compatible devices
  • Klarna — Buy now, pay later (where available)

5. Secure Payment Redirection

After selecting your payment method, you will be securely redirected to the respective payment page — either hosted by Pay Solutions (paysolutions.asia) or Mollie (mollie.com). ArtisanThai.com does not store or process your card details directly. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by the respective payment provider, both of which comply with international security standards including PCI DSS.

6. Confirm Your Order

Once payment is completed successfully:

  • You will be redirected back to ArtisanThai.com with an Order Confirmation Seite
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
  • Your order number will be provided — please keep this for your records

7. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic (Thailand): 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination country and customs

8. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Erstattungs- und Rückgabebestimmungen. Return requests must be submitted within the applicable window stated in our policy. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via the same gateway used for the original transaction (Pay Solutions or Mollie). Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider’s settlement terms.
