1. Where We Ship
ArtisanThai.com ships to over 150 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe and Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched directly from Thailand. Products are sourced and packed in Thailand and shipped via registered international postal or courier services.
3. Shipping Method & Carrier
All orders are sent via tracked international postal or courier services. The carrier is selected based on the destination country and order size. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States, Canada: 7–14 working days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 working days
- Europe (EU/EEA): 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 10–21 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather events, or postal disruptions beyond our control. Delivery time windows do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
6. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order. You can track your parcel at any time using our Order Tracking page: Track My Order. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
7. Free Worldwide Shipping
ArtisanThai.com offers free tracked worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. The cost of shipping is absorbed by ArtisanThai.com. If an order is refunded, the actual carrier shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our Refund Policy.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ArtisanThai.com has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict whether your order will be subject to additional charges.
If a parcel is held by customs and you fail to provide required information or pay applicable duties, the order will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for herbal tea and food products before ordering.
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@artisanthai.com or via our Contact Page. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. ArtisanThai.com is not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
