We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (even if marked as “free”) will be deducted from the refund based on the actual amount shown on the lading bill. Additionally, Thai import fees amounting to 17% of the order’s total value will also be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/p>

For a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition with an international tracking number. Items that are missing or incomplete will not qualify for a refund.<\/p>
